We stayed for 5 nights in a suite with a jacuzzi, and the cleanliness was impeccable! The staff, especially Jamal, made sure every detail was perfect, even providing a cute setup upon our arrival. I felt thoroughly pampered with fresh towels and bedding every day.

A slightly unpleasant tobacco smell lingered in the room!!! No phone meant constant trips to reception for assistance. The lift didn't reach my floor, making for inconvenient stair climbs!!! The Wi-Fi was surprisingly poor too!!!

The room was well-maintained, with in-room breakfast options and great staff assistance. The location is charming, set on an inclined alley that feels tranquil yet near many attractions like Dolmabahce Palace.

The two-bedroom apartment was cozy and had a good amount of space for our family. The bathroom was clean, and the air conditioning worked great. It felt convenient to have a kitchen area with cooking utensils too. A nice perk was being allowed to drop our bags off in the lobby after checkout. Super helpful! The location was perfect for getting around Istanbul, especially close to Taksim Square. One downside was the room felt a bit small for four people, but overall, we had a nice stay.
